In my capstone course, our class worked together to redesign the outdated Ohio University School of Visual Communication website. Our goal was to improve navigation, accessibility, and visual hierarchy while reflecting the creativity of the program. As a UX/UI designer, I worked on content structure, audience-specific pages, and layout improvements using Figma. I conducted user research, heuristic analysis, and usability testing to identify key issues like confusing navigation, lack of mobile optimization, and weak visual identity. Although the Drupal-based implementation is still in progress, our prototypes will guide the next stage of development.
